Outside of office hours or when busy (we are now only available intermittently) there will be an answering service, in which case please leave your name and full international telephone number plus a brief message and we will call you back.

Repairs - £40.00 GBP+VAT hourly rate (minimum charge is £40). Most pedal repairs typically take 1 hours' labour and for these jobs, parts are included.) Major parts (e.g. footswitches, transformers) are extra. An estimate will be given verbally, followed by a (usually similar) quotation once the goods are sent in to be assessed. A higher rate (usually double) will be charged for any urgent work. All repair work is guaranteed for 3 months from date of invoice. Please refer to "Terms and Conditions" for further details.
Postage and Packing - prices vary and depend on a number of factors ; please contact us to discuss the most appropriate method (we ship worldwide) whether by conventional or Air Mail or by Courier. An insured and traceable method is preferred. Special Delivery is used in the UK for valuable items.
Payment can be made in the UK with BACS transfers or a cheque, which requires time to clear of course. From overseas, CHAPS transfers are also acceptable. WE NOW PREFER PAYPAL, AS WE NO LONGER HAVE FACILITIES FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Wire (Telegraphic/TT) Transfers are acceptable and are preferable to International Money Orders (IMO), which may also be accepted.
ALL PAYMENT MUST BE IN POUNDS STERLING. Please note that for any order paid for other than by a UK cheque, there is a minimum overall transaction limit of £15-00 GBP
PLEASE NOTE IF ORDERING FROM ABROAD: We charge your card in POUNDS and the currency is converted at your end.
All products come with a 12-month guarantee and when we sell direct we also offer a money back guarantee. In such cases, we will refund your money (less shipping) if not satisfied provided you return the goods - having confirmed and agreed this with Dinosaural first - within 14 days of receipt in original condition and in the original packaging. Please forward your credit card number with expiry date, the card holders name and address, a daytime telephone number and your email address if you have one. If you don't want to use email you can do this by post, phone, or fax. Alternatively, let us have your daytime number and we'll call you.
International Money Orders/Bank Cheques should be made payable to Dinosaural and sent by registered post for proof of delivery. It is essential to contact us regarding availability before sending an IMO.
